Block Project Manager
- Applicants must possess a graduate degree in any field from an accredited university or institution.
- The position entails overseeing and guiding a team at the block level, executing project plans, collaborating with external stakeholders, strengthening grassroots organizations, and managing the block unit’s financial and administrative functions. Frequent and in-depth field travel is also a core component of this role.
Livelihood Specialist
- Candidates must hold either a postgraduate degree or diploma in disciplines such as agriculture, animal sciences, dairy science, fisheries, horticulture, hotel & hospitality management, rural or retail management, food science, fashion technology, sericulture, or general business management. Alternatively, a BBA or an undergraduate degree in related fields from a recognized university is also acceptable.
- The role primarily involves executing livelihood-based programs in sectors like farming and apiculture, guiding and mentoring grassroots-level workers, and formulating Village Livelihood Development Plans aimed at uncovering and leveraging local economic prospects.
Area Coordinator
- Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any field from an accredited university or institution.
The role involves managing specialized tasks at the block level, overseeing field operations across various clusters, and serving as the central liaison for activities like micro-planning, facilitating bank connections, developing institutions, promoting livelihoods, and advancing social development programs.
Accountant (DPCU/BPIU Level)
- Applicants must hold a commerce graduate degree from an accredited university or institution.
- The primary duties involve handling and updating financial accounts at the DPCU/BPIU level, offering administrative and secretarial assistance to block-level personnel, systematically arranging and safeguarding official records, and overseeing the flow of official correspondence in both upward and downward directions.
Office Assistant (DPCU/BPIU Level)
- Possess a graduate qualification in any field from an accredited university or institution, along with essential skills in computer typing in both Hindi and English.
The role primarily involves providing administrative and clerical assistance to the BPM and other BPIU staff, handling correspondence and record-keeping tasks, and acting as the main point of contact for communication among the BPIU, DPCU, and SPMU.
Community Coordinator
- Male applicants who are recent graduates, as well as female candidates holding an intermediate-level qualification in any field from an accredited institution or university, may apply.
- The primary duties involve operating at the village level within an assigned cluster to establish and strengthen Self-Help Groups (SHGs), provide fundamental training, coordinate community support personnel, assist in micro-planning and linking with banks, supervise the proper use of Community Investment Funds (CIF), and help resolve disputes.
Block IT Executive
- Applicants must hold a B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology, a BCA, a B.Sc. in Information Technology, or a PGDCA from a UGC or AICTE-approved university/institute, along with essential skills in computer typing in both Hindi and English.
- The role involves optimizing the digital transformation process, conducting IT training sessions for block-level staff, compiling data for reports, managing and maintaining IT hardware, and ensuring precise data digitization through periodic on-site visits.
