- The scheme applies only to girl children born on or after 1st June 2016.
- The girl child must be a resident/native of Rajasthan.
- The birth of the girl must take place through institutional delivery at a government hospital or a private medical facility registered under the Janani Suraksha Yojana (JSY).
- A maximum of two daughters in one family can avail full benefits. However, if there is a third daughter, the parents will still be entitled to the first two instalments.
The mother of the child should have a valid Bhamashah Card.
