C. Junior Hindi Translator (JHT)/ Junior Translation Officer(JTO)/Junior Translator (JT) in various Central Government Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations
- A master’s degree in Hindi or English, with either English or Hindi as a mandatory subject, or a master’s degree in any discipline taught in English medium, including Hindi as a compulsory subject at the undergraduate level, along with a recognized diploma or certificate course in translation between Hindi and English, or alternatively, a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.

D. Senior Hindi Translator (SHT)/Senior Translator (ST) in various Central Government Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations
- Postgraduate degree in Hindi or English with the other language studied as a compulsory subject, OR a Master’s in any discipline with English as the medium of instruction and Hindi as a mandatory subject at the graduation level, along with a recognized diploma or certification in translation between Hindi and English, or a minimum of three years of relevant translation experience.
