Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the One Time Registration (OTR) for 2024. This system is designed to assist candidates preparing for UPSC recruitment exams by simplifying the online application process. By using OTR, candidates can save up to 70% of their time, as much of the required information will be auto-filled into the application forms. The OTR registration process began on August 18, 2022. Candidates planning to apply for exams like NDA, CDS, Civil Services, CMS, Engineering Services, ISS, IES, Forest Services, and more, must first complete their registration under OTR.

How to Apply UPSC One Time Registration OTR Online Form 2022
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will commence its One Time Registration (OTR) process starting on 18/08/2022. To complete the registration, simply follow these steps:
1. Visit the official website upsconline.nic.in, or use the direct link provided in the Important Links section of this page.
2. Click on the “New Registration” tab.
3. Enter your basic details, including your name, father’s and mother’s names, mobile number, email address, and Class 10 high school roll number.
4. Review and verify your OTR profile information, then submit the registration form.
5. You’ll receive an OTP on your registered email and mobile number. Enter the OTP to proceed.
6. Once the registration is confirmed, your OTR ID will be displayed on the screen. Make sure to save or print your OTR profile for future reference.
7. To log in, use your mobile number, email, or OTR ID along with the OTP sent to your registered email or phone number.
8. Set a new password for your UPSC OTR ID.
9. Now, your UPSC OTR registration is complete. Going forward, you can use this ID to apply for any new openings and review the status of previously submitted applications.
