Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has launched a new initiative for the benefit of students, known as One Time Registration (OTR). This system allows candidates to avoid repeatedly uploading their personal details, documents, photographs, and signatures. From January 3, 2023, candidates can complete the OTR process, which will be mandatory for all future recruitments conducted by the UPPSC.

- The Honorable Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath Ji, launched the UPPSC OTR service on January 3, 2023.
- The One Time Registration (OTR) system, introduced by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) on 03/01/2023, aims to offer great ease to candidates. By accessing otr.pariksha.nic.in, applicants will no longer need to repeatedly submit their personal details for various commission-conducted selection exams.
- Candidates applying through UPPSC are required to upload their photograph and signature just once. The platform also allows them to modify and update personal information, photos, and signatures at any time.
- Upon completing registration, the candidate’s details and documents will be verified by the commission, and once the information is confirmed, their OTR number or registration credentials will be issued.
How to Apply UPPSC One Time Registration OTR Online Form 2023
The Union Public Service Commission (UPPSC) will commence the One-Time Registration (OTR) process on January 3, 2023. To complete the online registration, follow these steps:
- Visit the official websites uppsc.up.nic.in or otr.pariksha.nic.in, or use the direct link provided in the Important Links section of this page.
- Click on the “Registration” tab.
- Enter your basic details, including your name, father’s name, mother’s name, mobile number, email address, and the last six digits of your Aadhar card.
- Review your UPPSC OTR profile information and submit the registration form.
- You will receive an OTP on your registered email and mobile number, which you must enter to proceed.
- After successful registration, your OTR ID will be displayed. You can take a printout or screenshot of your profile for future reference.
- Log in by entering your mobile number/email or OTR ID along with the OTP sent to your registered email and mobile number.
- Change your UPPSC OTR ID password.
- Your registration will now be complete. You can use this OTR ID for all future applications and access the history of previously submitted applications.
